Meet Jamie Hindley
Jamie Hindley, Owner/Broker with Berolina Insurance Group, is an experienced independent Medicare insurance agent based here in Lake Havasu City. After navigating the confusion of Medicare, Medicaid, long-term care, and end-of-life planning for her mother, Jamie saw firsthand how overwhelming the process can be—especially when people don’t realize they may be eligible for helpful programs. That experience inspired her to specialize in Medicare and become an advocate for others facing similar challenges.
Now, she offers personalized, no-cost guidance to seniors, retirees, and veterans—ensuring they get coverage that fits their needs and budget. As an independent agent, Jamie works with top insurance providers to find the best solutions for her clients.

Where it all began...
After helping her mom through the confusing maze of Medicare, Jamie realized just how overwhelming it can be for so many people. That experience lit a spark—she wanted to make the process easier for others, especially seniors trying to make important decisions about their healthcare. So she decided to jump in and make Medicare guidance her mission.
The name Berolina is more than just a name...
—It’s a piece of Jamie’s family history. Back in 1961, her grandparents moved to Southern California from Germany and opened a bakery called Berolina Cakes and Pastries. "Berolina" is actually the Latin word for Berlin, a nod to their roots. Years later, in 1988, Jamie’s mom opened Berolina Salon and Day Spa in Northern California.
