I didn’t choose Medicare; in many ways, it chose me. After navigating the overwhelming maze of Medicare, Medicaid, and long-term care planning for my own mother, I saw firsthand how confusing and high-stakes these decisions are. I realized then that people don't just need an insurance policy, they need an advocate who knows the ropes and truly cares about the outcome.
Today, I use that experience to provide no-cost, personalized guidance to seniors, retirees, and veterans throughout Lake Havasu City and beyond. Whether you’re visiting me at my office inside the Nomadic building or we’re speaking over the phone, my goal is the same. I want to ensure you feel heard, protected, and confident.
The Name is More Than Just a Name
The name Berolina is a piece of my family’s history. In 1961, my grandparents moved from Germany to Southern California and opened Berolina Cakes and Pastries (Berolina is the Latin name for Berlin and it is a female figure symbolizing the city). In 1987, my mother continued the tradition by opening Berolina Salon and Day Spa.
When I founded Berolina Insurance Group, I chose this name to honor the generations of my family who built successful businesses on a foundation of hard work, tradition, and a deep sense of service to their neighbors. We aren’t just an agency; we are the continuation of a family legacy dedicated to helping our community with honesty and dedication.
When you look at the Berolina Insurance Group logo, you are looking at my mother’s own handwriting. It is the same script she used for her beloved salon years ago. It serves as a daily reminder to me that business is personal, and every client deserves the same care and dedication I saw my mother give to her community for decades. In essence, I am putting my family’s name and my mother’s legacy on the line to take care of you.
